Courses for 2025 Academic Session
Banaras Hindu University
(BHU) has unveiled 63 fresh SWAYAM courses for the upcoming 2025 session, expanding its efforts
to offer accessible, quality online education under the Ministry of Education’s SWAYAM initiative. Registration is
currently open, and classes begin in two phases — July 21 and August 18.

as a National Coordinator
In recognition of its consistent contribution, BHU has
been appointed as the National
Coordinator (NC) for Institutions of
National Importance (INIs) on the SWAYAM
platform. This empowers the university to manage and maintain the academic
quality of online courses developed by over 160 top institutions, including
IITs and Central Universities.
“BHU has already developed 37 SWAYAM courses in the last
two sessions and continues to lead digital education innovation,”
said Dr. Ashutosh
Mohan, BHU SWAYAM Coordinator and
faculty member at the Institute of Management Studies.
