TISS NET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
TISSNET 2021 Exam has been scheduled to be happening on 20th Feb 2021 by TISS. This year also it’s going to be conducted by TISS only for the admission process of the Master Program of different Courses in TISS.TISSNET is only the first stage of taking participation in the admission process. Candidates who will apply for M.A Programme other than M.A (HRM) and M.A (ODCL) need to give TISS PAT i.e. TISS Programme Aptitude Test before Online Personal Interview. And Candidates opting for MA (HRM) and MA ( ODCL) need to appear for TISS MAT before Online Personal Interview. Below is the detailed eligibility criteria of TISS NET 2021 -
TISSNET 2021 - Common Eligibility Criteria
Qualifying Exam - Bachelor’s or Master's Degree of minimum of 3 or 4 years duration.
Minimum Percentage of Marks – No Minimum percentage of Marks criteria has given by TISS.
Years of Education - Completing the compulsory need of 15 years formal education in any of the pattern (under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year) from any recognized university.
Final Year Student- Candidates in the final year of graduation or post-graduation can also apply. Candidates who will successfully complete, in all respects, all the requirements of their final year eligible degree by Tuesday, June 15, 2021, are also eligible to apply.
NOTE - Those candidates who are eligible to apply, but are not able to submit the degree or certificate and grade/mark sheet at the time of admission are need to submit I by September 30, 2021. If a candidate is failing to do so, their provisional admission would stand automatically canceled without any further reference to the candidate.
TISS NET Eligibility Criteria include two points first one is Minimum Educational Qualification which is common for all the M.A Courses of TISS and the second is some of the program specific Eligibility criteria. The former one is mandatory to be fulfilled by the candidates and the latter depends on if the candidate chooses the mentioned program or not.

Common Eligibility Criteria of TISSNET 2021
Common Eligibility Criteria says that candidates who have completed a bachelor's or master's degree can apply. Final Year students can also apply and there should be mandatory 15 years of education in any of the patterns. Final Year students can also apply but their admission will be provisional if they are not able to submit their degree or certificate before or on 30 September 2021, their admission would be canceled.

1) Programme requires completion of Bachelor's Degree of minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent ( under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a recognised university, in any discipline. 2. The candidate must have minimum of 2 years (24 months) of professional working experience after completing the Bachelor’s degree. After selection in the programme the candidate must produce: a. Authentic work experience certificate 3. The institute reserves the right to access the suitability of the candidate’s work experience for this course. 4. If at any point in future the institute is convinced that the candidate/students has submitted false or misleading information at the time of admission, his/her admission will be cancelled with immediate effect. 5. The work experience requirement is over and above the regular requirement for TISS MA programme. |
