TISSNET 2021 Exam Pattern

TISSNET 2021 Registration has been started from 3rd Dec 2020 and will be ending on 15th January 2021.TISSNE is a prerequisite exam for taking participation in the admission process of Master of Arts / Master of Science / B.Ed-M.Ed Integrated Programmes. TISSNET 2021 will be happening on 20th Feb 2021 in a single session from 2 pm to 3.40 pm. It is a computer-based test of 100 minutes in which 100 multiple choice questions will be asked. There are no negative marking schemes.

TISSNET 2021 Sectional Composition

Note – It is mandatory for qualifying sectional cut off for General Awareness Section to clear & qualify TISSNET 2021. If a candidate is not able to score minimum cut-off marks for General Awareness Section would not be qualified for TISS NET irrespective of the aggregate score.

Sectional Cut off for different categories as mentioned below –

GN, EWS, KM, and AF       – 35% i.e. 14 Marks

PWD and OBC (NC)           – 30% i.e. 12 Marks

SC and ST                         – No sectional cut off applied

TISSMAT 2021 Exam Pattern

TISSMAT will be conducted right after the announcement of the TISSNET 2021 results. TISSMAT 2021 is the compulsory exam for candidates who are opting for MA- HRM, and MA-ODCL. Only those candidates who qualify for TISSNET 2021 will be able to appear for TISSMAT 2021.

In TISSMAT, both MCQ and Descriptive type Questions will be asked. TISSMAT 2021 is a computer-based test of the duration of 45 Minutes. There will be a total of 45 questions and a total of three sections which are Comprehension, Management Data Interpretation, Business Awareness, and Descriptive Writing. There will be a negative marking scheme for the wrong answer of 0.25 % of Marks. And 1 mark will be given for every correct answer.
