SNAP 2019 ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA
With the notification of SNAP 2019 the details eligibility criteria has been also updated on their official website. Every year Symbiosis International University decide the SNAP eligibility criteria.
SNAP is the mandatory exam for participating in admission process of 15 affiliated colleges of Symbiosis International University. Application process for SNAP 2019 has been started from 16 August 2019 and will end on 23 November 2019.The date of exam is 25 December 2019.
SIU has declared the eligibility criteria for SNAP 2019 and detailed eligibility criteria of 15 SNAP Accepting Institutions.
SNAP means Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, which is the compulsory for every student who is aspiring to study in any of 15 SNAP Score accepting institutions.
Eligibility criteria of SNAP 2019 consist of two parts in it .First part contain the criteria to appear SNAP Exam 2019 on 15th December 2019 and second after SNAP 2019 Exam Cut off marks needed for 15 different institutions for taking admission for the MBA 2020.
Candidate needs to understand that SNAP 2019 Eligibility Criteria and the eligibility criteria of 15 accepting SNAP institutions are different. All 15 institutions are affiliated from Symbiosis International University.

Minimum Qualifying Marks
Very common point under SNAP Eligibility Criteria, candidate need to have to graduate degree from any of recognised university with minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC and ST).
Final year Student
Candidates who are studying in final year of graduation can also apply .But but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes).Admission of such candidate will be provisional and will be cancelled in the event of non-completion of this criteria.
Foreign University Students
A candidate who has completed qualifying degree from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). All foreign degrees / qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programme of SIU.
Participating Symbiosis Institutes
For participating into admission process of 15 SNAP Accepting institutions, SNAP Score is mandatory. But the eligibility criteria of SNAP exam and other institution differ from each other. Minimum eligibility criteria of SNAP exam don’t guarantee admission in any of the programme. Symbiosis participating Institutions will release their individual cut off after declaration of SNAP 2019 Results.
Specific Programme in Symbiosis institutions
There are different programme in different symbiosis institutes which required different subject or streams like SIOT, SIHS, SICSR .Candidates need to see specific eligibility criteria of institutes before applying for exam.
Candidates need to make registration for SNAP 2019 and then they have to fill the application form of individual institutes for which specific programme they want to apply. So it’s important for candidate to see eligibility criteria of SNAP 2019 and along with that they have to make sure that they are eligible for the specific MBA Programme in Symbiosis Institutes of their choice or not.
In case if a candidate is eligible for SNAP 2019 exam but he or she doesn’t fulfil the eligibility criteria of specific institutes of their chosen MBA Programme their application fees will not be refunded
