KIET boasts a Central Library connected with eight departmental libraries, housing around 1.74 lakh books on various subjects. With over 10,700 titles and subscriptions to more than 136 periodicals, the library also provides access to AKTU E-Consortium for e-books and e-journals. It is fully air-conditioned, features a multimedia section with internet connectivity, and operates with an automated Library Management System software (KOHA). KIET's library is a member of various prestigious organizations, including DELNET, IETE, IEI, ISTE, AIMA, CII, QCFI, and ASSOCHAM. Additionally, it has a Book-Bank facility with over 1.10 lakh books, issuing course books for the entire semester. The institute is also part of NDL (National Digital Library), an initiative by the Ministry of Education.
Cafeteria:
The fully air-conditioned double-floored Cafeteria can accommodate around 250 people. Offering hygienic and delicious vegetarian Indian (both North and South Indian), Chinese, and Continental food at a nominal price, it provides students with several refreshment outlets, including Heroes, Amul, Big Bite, Cafe Coffee Day, Coke, and others. These outlets operate nearly round the clock to cater to students studying during late-night and early-morning hours.
