Xavier University, Bhubaneswar Admission Process

XIM University Admission Process:

Step 1: Entrance Exam Registration

  • Entrance Tests: Candidates need to register and appear for one or more admission tests. Options include XAT 2024, CAT 2023, GMAT (2022 or 2023), or NMAT by GMAC 2023 (for select programs).
  • X-GMT Exam: If not opting for the mentioned entrance exams, candidates can appear for X-GMT 2024, conducted by XIM University on January 28, 2024. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT is essential for XIM University application, except for X-GMT.

Step 2: Application to XIM University

  • Apply Online: After registering for the chosen entrance exam(s), candidates must complete the online application form, available on the XIM University website https://apply.xim.edu.in.
  • Application Fee: Pay the application fee, which is ₹1600/- for the first option and ₹400/- for each subsequent option.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the online form and payment, applicants will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the form.
  • Multiple Programs: Use a single form for applying to multiple programs and/or through multiple tests.
